With Pumped UP Balloons, we take pride in our design work and professional install services. We use high-quality, 100% biodegradable, natural latex balloons to construct eye-catching creations your guests will talk about for years to come!

  • Snag one of our pre-made DIY kits to assemble in 6ft, 8ft, 10ft, or 12ft to save on your party decor and use your own creative touch. Customize ANY kit for your party by adding Mylar balloons or personalizing the colors into your own combo.

  • Trust the professional to take the stress and planning off your event with our professional installation service.

    Pumped Up Balloons will fully inflate, deliver, construct, and install your balloons and party prop rentals. Breakdown services are additional and required with rental item.

  • Fully inflated and constructed balloon garlands ready for you pickup & hang for your party. Comes in options from 6ft-12ft. Local delivery is offered for $15 minimum.

  • Foam/Cardboard Arch Board setups fully customized and ready to be set out to PARTY! Customized to fit in a larger sized SUV or dropped off at your door/event. No install required. Simply weight down the back & PARTY.

  • With limited places to inflate helium balloons, we are NOW OFFERING helium bundles or Custom Jumbo Balloons to add another touch to your party.

  • Pumped Up Balloons is based out of Stillwater, OK and services ALL of Oklahoma. Willing to Travel out of state, if travel expenses are covered!

  • Yes! Pumped UP Balloons has an order minimum of $250 for on-site professional install orders! If your budget calls for less, check out our fully constructed Grab & Go Garlands available for local pickup or get a DIY KIT of professional grade balloons to Pump it up yourself.

  • If your order has met the required minimum of $250, it is our pleasure to deliver and install our balloon creation for you. Deliver times are discussed & scheduled based on your event start time and venue availability.

  • Our custom balloon decor pricing varies based on the type of design, complexity, length/volume, and delivery and installation cost.

    Delivery/Installation Fee:

    We calculate delivery and installation fees on top of your order. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance closest from zip code 74074 or 73077 to your event location as well as the size of the install.

  • We have professional grade D.I.Y KITS in sizes 6ft, 8ft, 10ft, and 12ft for any party to PUMP up yourself and save money. Shipping is available! Any kit can be customized with color preferences and even Mylar balloons.

  • Our Grab and Go Gralands are the perfet budget-friendly alternative that still PUMPS UP your party. Grab and Go Garlands are made fully constructed by us and are picked up, hung and styled by YOU. Easy to follow hanging instructions and hanging materials are included.

  • Grab and Go Garlands are available for pickup at the following locations/times. Pickups can be scheduled to be picked up wihin 3 days of the party/event.

    Perry: Pumped Up Helium Bar: 421 N 7th St, Mon-Fri 6am-5pm Sat 7am-3pm

  • Pumped Up Balloons uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last pnce they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize thelifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transport or during setup.

    With that being said, indoor balloon garlands can last up to 2 months or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.

  • Our custom creations takes planning, time and energy to design and execute! We strongly suggest booking as soon as possible to ensure your event time/date is secure. We require 8 days in advance to properly prepare for the event. Not sure what you truly want yet? Want to book to secure our date? Shoot us an email (balloonspumpedup@gmail.com) to secure your date with a retainer and we can sort out the details closer to the party.

  • We certainly can try our best! Last minute orders are only accepted based on our availability and may be limited to only the balloons and rentals we have in stock. The order total for last minute bookings will be due upfront and maybe subject to a rush booking fee.

  • If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least 7 days prior to the event date and I’ll be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking with the same color combinations. Cancellations less than 7 days from the event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Retainers are non-refundable!
