  • Pumped Up Balloons is based out of Perry, OK and services surround areas but willing to travel ALL of Oklahoma + out of state, if travel expenses are covered!

  • Yes! Pumped UP Balloons has an order minimum of $250 for on-site professional install orders! If your budget calls for less, check out our fully inflated Grab & Go Garlands available for local pickup in Perry, OK ($50-$250) or get a DIY KIT of professional grade balloons to PUMP UP yourself AND save on your party! ($50-$100)

  • If your order has met the required minimum of $250, it is our pleasure to deliver and install our balloon creation for you. Deliver times are discussed & scheduled based on your event start time and venue availability.

  • Our custom balloon decor pricing varies based on the type of design, complexity, length/volume, and delivery and installation cost.

    Delivery/Installation Fee:

    We calculate delivery and installation fees on top of your order. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from zip code 73077 to your event location as well as the size/difficulty of the installation.

  • We have professional grade D.I.Y KITS in sizes 4ft, 6ft, 8ft, and customizable up to 15ft for any party to PUMP up yourself and save money. Pickup is no additional cost. Shipping is available for additional! Kits come in 1 or 3 colors, but ANY kit can be customized with color preferences and even Mylar balloons.

  • Our Grab and Go Gralands are the perfet budget-friendly alternative that still PUMPS UP your party. Grab and Go Garlands are made fully inflated by us and are picked up, hung and styled by YOU. Easy to follow hanging instructions and hanging materials are included.

  • Grab and Go Garlands are available for pickup at 421 N 7th St, Perry, OK 73077. Pickups can be scheduled to be picked up within 7 days of the party/event.

  • Pumped Up Balloons uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last pnce they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize thelifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transport or during setup.

    With that being said, indoor balloon garlands can last up to 2 months or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.

    Helium Balloons are treated with Hi-Float and can be guaranteed for 3 days indoors.

  • Our custom creations takes planning, time and energy to design and execute! We strongly suggest booking as soon as possible to ensure your event time/date is secure. We require 8 days in advance to properly prepare for the event. Not sure what you truly want yet? Want to book to secure our date? Shoot us an email (balloonspumpedup@gmail.com) to secure your date with a retainer and we can sort out the details closer to the party.

  • We certainly can try our best! Last minute orders are only accepted based on our availability and may be limited to only the balloons and rentals we have in stock. The order total for last minute bookings will be due upfront and maybe subject to a rush booking fee.

  • If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least 7 days prior to the event date and I’ll be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking with the same color combinations. Cancellations less than 7 days from the event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Retainers are non-refundable!

  • Snag one of our pre-made DIY kits to assemble in 4ft, 6ft, 8ft, or 10ft to save on your party decor and use your own creative touch. These can be fully customized for ANY party by adding Mylar balloons or personalizing the colors into your own combo. Comes in 1 or 3 colors. Additional colors are $25 each.

  • Trust the professional to take the stress and planning off your event with our professional installation service. Pumped Up Balloons will fully plan, confirm, inflate, deliver, construct, and install your balloons and backdrop rentals.

    Breakdown services are included and required with rental items. Any rental items must sign contract for rental item upon delivery. Rental Items will be scheduled to pickup after the event or within 24 hours (Unless otherwise discussed).

  • Foam Board Arches are fully customized and ready to be set out to PARTY in any Arch Board package offered! Customized to fit in a larger sized SUV or dropped off at your door/event. Less than 15 minutes to setup! Simply weight down the back & PARTY. (INDOOR ONLY)

    Delivery & Setup Prices range from $470-$1050 depending on which package you choose.

    Pickup Prices Range from $450-$800 depending on which package you choose.

  • We have 3 packages in one, two, or three arch board setups to create a luxury look for your party Indoor or Outdoors! Prices range from $500-$1110 depending on which package you choose. ALL wooden arch board are rental items and will be scheduled to be picked back up after the event. Contracts will be signed upon delivery with rental items.

  • Fully inflated and constructed balloon garlands ready for you pickup in Perry, OK & hang for your party. We offer pickup options from 4ft-15ft depending on what you can fit in your vehicle/space. Delivery farther than 25 miles is additional.

  • With limited places to inflate helium balloons, we are NOW OFFERING 3 helium bundles or Custom Jumbo Balloons to add another touch to your party.

    Check out our helium size packages! Prices Range from $50-$100. All bouquets be fully customizable for a custom price.
